1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ANB Food Industries ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change. While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
3. Delivery and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our dairy products, we adhere to strict delivery schedules to maintain the cold chain.
- Deliveries are made during specified morning and evening slots.
- If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, the product will be left at your designated drop-off point at your own risk.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be spoiled or tampered with at the exact time of delivery. Please contact our support team immediately.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. ANB Food Industries and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
